We only ask that you give us just 1% of your trust to start, and we'll earn the other 99% during the inspection!
"Is a home inspection worth the cost?"
There is an old saying, "You get what you pay for!". A modernized version, though somewhat rough in its deliverance is, "Good work ain't cheap, and cheap work ain't good!"
All home inspectors are not equal and in fact there are many "inspectors" out there who are neither licensed, properly trained and in some cases, even insured! They will normally charge less money than a professional, but if there was ever a place NOT to save money it is with your home inspection! Do you really want to save a couple bucks (possibly!) when your making the biggest investment of your life? Isn't your safety, and that of your loved ones worth more than money itself?
Our prices are based upon our expertise, experience, what we offer our clients and also reflect the professionalism that we have attained. These are the qualities that you are ultimately looking for in an inspection company. You'll find that we are neither the most expensive company, nor the least. One thing is for sure, you will NOT find another company who offers you as much as we do, at any price! When comparing or price shopping companies, find out if they give you what we do, if they stand behind their inspection with the guarantees and warranties that we have, and than make your decision based upon what you find.
It is a fact that my clients save hundreds, even thousands of dollars through my thoroughness and expertise. On average, our home inspections cost you only about 1/4 of 1% of the total price of the home! Where else can you receive so much for so little? The answer is nowhere! You will not find another home inspection company in the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and Poconos area who offer more to their clients than Trinity Inspection. We often travel even out of these areas and will always do so.
Continuing education is performed yearly to maintain certification and licensing requirements, but most of all to stay at the level of professionalism expected by my clients, and by myself as well.
